All competitors in the latest edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef were asked the same question about their dishes during the application process:
“What message, history and identity would you like to express with your dish?”
Fans of the competition were then invited to choose the young chef that best represented his or her personal beliefs with their dish, from a list of regional finalists (below).
The winner was revealed as Andrea Ravasio representing the Iberian and Mediterranean region, at the competition Grand Finale in Milan on 28 - 30 October.
