The third edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef concluded with the Grand Finale that took place on 13 May 2018 in Milan, Italy. Yasuhiro Fujio of Japan won the title in this edition, beating the competition of thousands and judged by the Seven Sages jury panel presided by some of the world’s top chefs.

Mitch Lienhard of USA took the winning title in the second edition of the competition. He was joined by the finalists Shintaro Awa (France), David Andrés (Spain and Portugal) who made up the top three fighting for the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016.
