Awards

 

The latest edition of the competition sees the introduction of a number of new awards at both the Regional Finals and Grand Finale. 

A jury will evaluate the presented dishes based on the three Golden Rules and select a winner of each Region, as well as a Grand Finale winner of each of the following awards: the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award, the S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility, and the Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy.
